Skill – One-on-one workouts are a detailed, deliberate approach to enhancing specific aspects of your game. They are designed with a focus on your individual needs and allow for additional education. Enhance your basketball IQ while working on skills such as scoring moves, post and perimeter play, shooting mechanics and defensive concepts. These sessions allow us to hone in on any mechanical discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments.
Strength – Complimenting skill training with functional strength training molds and improve mechanics so you can apply them to group workouts or game situations. Become a complete player by addressing mechanical deficiencies in the weight room. These workouts develop total body strength while also offering basketball-specific training elements that improve on-court performance.
Train in small groups of 2-4 athletes to mix group programs with many of the advantages of individual training. Small group training utilizes partner drills to create competition and improves conditioning with a faster flow than one-on-one workouts. Players learn how to utilize the proper muscles to move better on the floor and focus on improving specific fundamentals based on the needs of the athletes.Sign Up Now
